This organization is the brain child of Mr. Das.  Mr.  Das has been involved in training, coaching, and consulting for more than 12 years with the intention of dramatically increasing the reliability and productivity of plants and people. He is presently associated with a reputed Energy Company. He is a trained leader working in the field of Accelerated Human Change, helping the organization achieve their dreams. He is a master trainer for Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Maintenance Best Practices, Maintenance Benchmarking, Probability & Statistics for Maintenance Professional, to name a few. Academically, he holds a B. Tech Degree. Later, he joined the corporate world and gained experience in Project Management, Maintenance, Reliability and training in Oil and Gas Industry

Professionally, Mr. Das is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) from SMRPCO, USA. He is also a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineers (India).

Mr. Das provide maintenance/reliability training and consulting to companies worldwide. Assist companies with new ideas and solutions to their maintenance and reliability issues. Brainstorm new maintenance and reliability strategies that take the world to the next level of thinking in the maintenance and reliability of the world's assets. He creates new ideas and concepts in maintenance and reliability in order to solve simple and complex problems.
